Image Kerianne Flynn, a business graduate of North Adams College and an accomplished human resources professional in the fashion and beauty industry, now spends her time dedicated to helping others in her community. 

She has worked for French Connection, bebe, and divisions of The Limited including Limited Design and Victoria’s Secret Beauty in the fields of Personnel Management, Organizational Development and Employee Relations.
Kerianne has also committed much of her time to volunteer with several not-for-profit organizations in New York City including New York Cares, The Heart and Soul Charitable Fund and Dress for Success, and is the former President of Young Executives for Success, a volunteer branch of Dress for Success that raises funds as well as awareness about its programs and mission.

She is the co-director of a hospitality program that feeds over 200 underprivileged men and women each week in New York City, and on Monday evenings you can find her in the kitchen as a cook helping to prepare the meals.
Kerianne and her husband, James Flynn, also developed and sponsor the Flynn Prize, awarded every other year by the University of Southern California to individuals who have produced research that has materially advanced the well being of disadvantaged populations.

In her spare time, Kerianne enjoys golf, scuba diving and tournament poker.  She resides in Tribeca with Jim and their two soft-coated wheaten terriers.
