Diane Brown
In founding RxArt in 2000, Diane Brown was honoring her professional beginnings in Pre-med study at the University of Wisconsin, which has preceded a long and fruitful career in the art world as a leading gallerist, curator of a corporate art collection and New York University Adjunct Professor. The galleries in New York and Washington which bore her name between 1976 and 1992, played host to some of the most significant artists of the time and that in turn has set the standard for the artistic aims of RxArt, a belief in art’s ability to not only transcend but transform its settings and viewers.
