On Tuesday, May 9, Diana Al-Hadid welcomed Friends of RxArt for a private evening studio visit. The group previewed Al-Hadid’s new works and learned more about her intricate process and technique.
Al-Hadid’s work crosses cultures and disciplines drawing inspiration from myriad sources including art history, ancient invention, science, and fantasy. Al-Hadid’s stunning work was featured in the live auction of RxArt’s 2016 PARTY. Her work will be presented in solo exhibitions at Marianne Boesky Gallery in September 2017 and two institutional shows in New York, NY in May 2018, among others.
