Friends of RxART Members were invited to a private tour of Harold Ancart’s solo exhibition that was on view at Gagosian New York through June 16, 2023
Paintings is Ancart’s debut exhibition at the Gagosian New York and uses color and texture to blur the boundaries between observed and imagined realities in his atmospheric work. Pairing figuration with vibrant abstract passages, the artist explores natural landscapes and built environments, where he discovers moments of unexpected poetry.

Harold Ancart is a contemporary painter who lives and works in NYC. RxART is proud to be working with Harold on an upcoming project for Primary Children’s Hospital Miller Family Campus in Lehi, Utah. Harold Ancart created a limited edition print exclusively for RxART in 2015. His work is also featured in Between the Lines, Vol. 6.
