On Saturday, August 19, 2017, RxArt held The LA Party at the beautiful Beverly Hills home of Gina and Josh Abraham to celebrate the expansion of RxArt’s Projects in Los Angeles.
The Party introduced RxArt’s newest project in the region – with Ed Ruscha at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles – to the community, whose support helped to bring in more than half of the project’s budget.
We also celebrated the first LA Project, which is at Cedars-Sinai’s Maxine Dunitz Children’s Health Center featuring the work of Sam Falls, Urs Fischer, and soon Laura Owens. Sam Falls took the stage to speak about his role in bringing beauty and hope to the lives of hospitalized children.
Thanks to Eddie Ruscha for providing beats all night as DJ, to Walead Beshty for contributing your fantastic design to the RxArt Tote Bag, and to Twist Eatery Catering for the delicious food.
