Megan Skidmore has over 16 years of experience working in development and operations at leading contemporary art museums and nonprofits. Megan oversees RxART’s fundraising initiatives by nurturing new and continued donor relationships and building project-related programming during a time of ambitious growth for the organization. Her passion for advancing RxART’s work is fueled by those who believe and invest in its extraordinary mission and positive impact in the healing environment. Megan was formerly the Director of Individual Giving at the Museum of Arts and Design in New York City, Co-Founder of Artelier, an experiential arts organization, and worked in development at the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego. She earned an MA from Christie’s Education New York and a BA in Art History and Business from the University of San Diego.
