Sam Falls (b. 1984, San Diego, CA) created this print exclusively for RxART in 2014. His work incorporates a playful and conceptual approach to material and process. His multidisciplinary practice includes photography, painting, video and sculpture. His work has been exhibited at Ballroom Marfa, Marfa, TX; THe Kitchen, New York, NY; LAXART, Los Angeles, CA; Karma, NY; Hannah Hoffmann Gallery, Los Angeles; Madre Museum, Naples, Italy; and Pomona College Museum of Art, Claremont, CA. Falls received his BA from Reed College and his MFA from ICP-Bard. He lives and works in Los Angeles. RxART is proud to have worked with Sam Falls along with Urs Fischer and Laura Owens on a project for Cedars-Sinai’s Maxine Dunitz Children’s Health Center in Los Angeles, CA.
