On Wednesday, July 12, Half Gallery hosted Friends of RxArt at a cocktail reception with Daniel Heidkamp in celebration of his exhibition Boston to Brooklyn.
The exhibition featured a dozen new oil paintings that reflect the artist’s travels from Boston to Brooklyn. These works are part of a larger dialogue of Heidkamp’s work, which is also featured in the group exhibition Talking Pictures at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Heidkamp has generously participated in the RxArt PARTY auction and The Minted 50 exhibition.
Friends of RxArt members have access to artists’ studios, special events such as the RxArt PARTY and LA Party, art fairs, and much more throughout the year. Generous support from this dynamic community helps to make RxArt’s Projects possible.
