RxART is pleased to have worked with Ann Craven on a project for the Chadwick Center at Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego, CA. Craven incorporated her colorful and calming “Sleepy Pandas” into her design for wall coverings in the lobby, hallway and Child Life room of the Chadwick Center. Her work provides a cheerful distraction for children and their families who are receiving support in their recovery from traumatic events.
The Chadwick Center at Rady Children’s Hospital offers programs that provide prevention, identification and treatment of abused and traumatized children. The Chadwick Center draws on its expertise with the National Child Traumatic Stress Network to ensure that it is providing treatment and services with a solid evidence base to better support children and families in their recovery from traumatic events.
RxART produces every project at no cost to the hospital. RxART is grateful to The Rose Foundation for generously underwriting this project.
